Aviator Compositions, featuring Karriem Riggins

To showcase the orchestral tones of the 2020 Lincoln Aviator, the maker's newest compact SUV, we invited drummer Karriem Riggins to arrange the tones into a unique piece of music. Karriem is originally from Detroit and has childhood memories of listening to the Detroit Symphony Orchestra's records and seeing them on class field trips. The tones he used as the foundation of his song were originally recorded in Detroit by the Detroit Symphony orchestra, and implemented as alert tones in the 2020 Lincoln Aviator. He performed his original music in Miami as part of Art Basel, and gave us a glimpse at his creative process.
